Today I saw my first adult Bald Eagle ever,It doesn't get any better then that! I say adult because I could have seen young bald eagles but could not be sure. It takes a young bald eagle about four or five years to get the adult feathers so they don't stand out like the adults. I saw this one over the Conn. river between Clarksville NH and Beacher Falls VT. You can be sure that I will keep an eye in the sky and the tree tops to try to get more pictures of this magnificent bird. As you can see from the picture there was not a cloud in the sky today, the wind made it feel a little colder then it was but all in all it was another great day to be the Layz 1 in the Great North Woods. Gotta love it!
